Matcha

Green tea ground into a fine powder, whisked in water with a bamboo chasen whisk. The range includes Japanese (also organic) and Chinese matcha, in ceremonial, premium and culinary grades, in packs from 30 g to 1 kg.

Ceremonial is best enjoyed on its own, in water. Premium suits everyday use, including lattes. Culinary is for baking and desserts.
